Greentod’s professional service fee is what you pay to Greentod for the expertise, time, and tools we use to prepare, review, and support your application. It covers your eligibility assessment, personalised document checklist, cover letter drafting, full file review, embassy briefing, and post-submission follow-up. This fee is paid to Greentod and goes entirely toward your application support.

The official embassy visa fee is a separate government charge paid directly to the relevant embassy or consulate at the time of collection. This fee is set by the issuing authority, not by Greentod. Greentod receives no portion of it.

The two charges are completely independent. Greentod’s quote will never include the embassy fee — it is always paid by you, directly to the embassy.
