A signed letter from your current employer confirming your employment and approved leave. It should include: your personal details, job title, employment terms (temporary/permanent), start date, monthly net salary, years with the organisation, leave days granted, plus the employer’s date and contact details.Kenya PIN Certificate (if self-employed):
Provide a copy of your Kenya PIN certificate as proof of self-employment.Pension / financial support proof (if retired):
Provide documents showing pension payments or another reliable source of financial support.Faculty letter (if a university/college student):
Provide a letter confirming you have a tuition break during the travel period or that your absence is approved.School letter (if a pupil):
Provide a letter confirming school holidays during the travel period or that absence is approved.Proof of ties to Kenya (if applicable):
Add documents showing strong home ties, such as a marriage certificate, title deed, or lease agreement.

Invitation letter from the host organisation:
Provide a written invitation stating: the host’s name and address, the signatory’s name and position, the organisation’s registration number, the purpose of the visit, your personal details, the reason for visiting the destination country, and the expected duration of stay, plus date and contact information.Proof of who will cover costs:
Provide written confirmation showing whether the host organisation, your employer (sending company), or a third party will cover your travel and stay expenses.Employer letter (if employed):
