3. Visa Application Form

4. Invitation Letter (If Visiting Friends or Family)

9. Proof of Employment or Business Ownership
You must provide evidence showing strong ties to Kenya to demonstrate that you will return home after your visit. This may include a letter from your employer confirming your job, how long you have worked there, your approved leave, and your expected return to work, along with three recent payslips. Students should submit a letter from their school or college confirming their course and that they will return to continue their studies. You may also include documents showing family ties, such as birth certificates of dependent children, or property ownership or rental agreements.
10. Photocopy of Passport
Applicants must provide copies of passport pages showing the biographical details, photo, and validity/issue information (and other relevant pages if requested).
11. Flight & Accommodation Reservation
Applicants must provide evidence of a booked round-trip journey (arrival and departure) with travel dates matching the accommodation bookings, together with proof of accommodation such as a confirmed hotel booking, voucher, or host invitation, and if staying with a relative or friend, a copy of the “Attestation d’Accueil” or other acceptable host accommodation document where applicable.
