  1. Introduction

Greentod Visas & Travel Solutions Ltd (“Greentod”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a private travel and visa assistance agency based in Kenya.
By accessing our website, submitting an online assessment, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Nature of Our Services

  • Greentod provides visa application guidance, document preparation support, and travel consultancy services.
  • We are not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency.
  • We do not issue visas, influence decisions, or guarantee approvals.
  • All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
  1. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

  • Visa approvals depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
  • Applicant’s documentation
  • Travel history
  • Financial standing
  • Embassy policies and interviews
  • Any approval rates, timelines, or success statistics mentioned by Greentod are based on historical experience only and do not constitute a guarantee.
  1. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Greentod, clients agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information
  • Submit authentic and verifiable documents only
  • Disclose previous visa refusals, overstays, or immigration issues
  • Notify Greentod immediately of any changes that may affect their application

Greentod shall not be responsible for visa refusals resulting from false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client.

  1. Fees & Payments

  • Greentod service fees are separate from embassy fees, biometrics fees, courier fees, or government charges.
  • All fees will be clearly communicated before commencement of services.
  • Payment confirms the client’s agreement to proceed with the service.
  • Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  1. Refund Policy

  • Consultation fees and processing fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Visa refusals
    • Delays by embassies
    • Changes in immigration policies
    • Client withdrawal after processing has started
  • Any approved refunds must be confirmed in writing by Greentod management.
  1. Processing Timelines

  • All processing timelines provided are estimates only.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Embassy backlogs
    • Additional document requests
    • Security or background checks
  • Greentod is not liable for delays caused by embassies or third parties.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Greentod shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa refusals or unfavourable decisions
  • Actions or decisions by embassies or immigration authorities
  • Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete client information
  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control

Greentod’s total liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee paid by the client.

  1. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client information is treated as confidential.
  • Personal data and documents are used solely for visa and travel assistance purposes.
  • Greentod does not sell or trade client data.
  • Information may only be shared where required for visa processing or by law.
  1. Communication

  • Official communication may be conducted via:
    • Phone calls
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
    • In-person meetings
  • Clients are responsible for regularly checking their communication channels for updates and requests.
  1. Changes to These Terms

Greentod reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
