Step-by-Step Process

1. Prepare Required Documents
Gather all documents including a completed visa application form, valid passport, recent passport-size photos, proof of address, bank statement, confirmed return ticket, travel insurance, and hotel booking or invitation letter.

2. Submit Application
File your application at the Embassy of Morocco in Nairobi. Visa applications are accepted through walk-in appointments between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on working days.

3. Application Review
The embassy will verify documents and may request additional information or an interview. Processing normally takes up to 10 working days.

4. Visa Issuance
Once approved, applicants must provide proof of travel (return flight, insurance, and accommodation) before the visa is stamped into the passport. The visa fees are paid at the time of issuance.

Requirements:
    1. Visa Application Form: A duly completed and signed entry visa application form.

    2. Two Passport-Size Photographs: Color photos (4 x 3 cm) on a white background, showing clear facial features.

    3. Proof of Address or Residence: An identity card, residence permit, or any valid document confirming your current address.

    4. Valid Passport: Must remain valid for a period longer than the intended stay in Morocco.

    5. Photocopy of Passport: Pages showing personal details, photo, and validity information.

    6. Bank Statement: Recent financial statement proving sufficient funds to cover the stay.

    7. For family visits: A legalized invitation letter from the host in Morocco, confirming responsibility for medical costs and possible repatriation expenses.

    8. For tourist visits: A request from an authorized travel agency, or an official recommendation from the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism or the Moroccan National Tourist Office.

    9. Confirmed Return Flight Ticket: Proof of a booked round-trip journey.

    10. Travel Insurance: Coverage for medical expenses, emergencies, and repatriation during the stay.

    11. Accommodation Proof: A confirmed hotel booking, voucher, or invitation letter from a host in Morocco.

    12. Visa Fees: Chancery/consular fees payable at the embassy or consulate.
